Classic Barolo made with grapes from several vineyards, all within the district of Serralunga d'Alba.
The nose is characterized by the variety of flavours, from citrus fruits to dried flowers, as well as notes of tobacco and hints of peach and raspberry. The palate is full-bodied and well-structured, characterized by a vigorous tannin.
VINEYARD: Nebbiolo 100% from Comune of Serralunga d'Alba.
SOIL COMPOSITION: Calcareous clay.
MICROCLIMATE: Fairly temperate.
YEALD/Ha: 8.000 kg/ha.
COLOUR: Garnet red with orange colour reflections.
AROMA: Intense, evolve into impressions of violet and delicate perfumes of dry fruit, finishing in an ethereal bouquet.
TASTE: Harmonious sensations of fullness and pleasantly lasting austerity.
FOOD AFFINITY: Roast and braised meats, wild game, aged cheeses. To be served at a temperature of 18° C.
