Barolo Chinato Palladino is aromatic wine comes from an old recipe already known in the end of the XIX century. Great to serve as a digestif after a meal.
Prepared from an old and secret recipe, it is made by adding Cinchona calisaya, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and aromatic roots to a base formed by our Barolo DOCG. Great to serve as a digestif after a meal.
DENOMINATION: Aromatised wine.
VINEYARD: Nebbiolo 100%.
It is excellent as a dessert and it can be also served as a digestive, or hot as a "vin brulé" (its properties against cough and cold are very well know). In summer it is excellent with ice and lemon, as a thirst-quenching.
