Obtained exclusively from Cortese grapes grown within the municipality of Gavi, it is a fresh and very drinkable wine. The bouquet is fruity and floral with mineral notes, the flavor pleasantly dry, and elegant, with well-balanced acidity and a delicately almond finish.
